Free to a good home

I am in need of getting my dog re-homed, reason of this are:
-I can not afford pet insurance bills, up keep fees, etc due to low income.
-I work long hours leaving me lack of time for him.
-he showed aggression towards my one-year old niece when holding her at my house.
-No family member can walk him due to his strength and pulling on walks.
-family issues had risen and i need to move out of house into a smaller cheaper place.

My dog is 4 years old, his name is Harley, I was told he was an American staffy before purchase of him and that is what on papers yet when i picked him up after paying i was told he is pitbull too. My family struggles with controlling his behaviours, he is a very attention needing dog yet takes time to worm up to people. He is comfortable with women and less comfortable with men. he has many triggers as well such as on walk he will attack orange road cones and tires when over sitmutated and he doesn’t like his paws or bottom being touched. Not good with young babies, he is big on protection. Is very sweet once connected with you, very driven by good so that’s the way to train him more. He knows basic commands. Not okay off the lead.
