About Harry:
Harry is a gentle, quiet, senior-natured dog who has been in foster care with us for 4 years. He is soft, affectionate, and loves company. Harry sleeps a lot, enjoys short daily walks, and is very easy to with.
He does not bark excessively, is not destructive, and has no biting history. He settles happily around children, but truly thrives in a calm, adult home.

🌿 Ideal Home
Harry's new home must meet the following criteria:

✔ Single woman (or female-led household) aged 35+
✔ No children living in the home (he is fine with kids and very placid, but doesnt liek noisy environments. Would also suit a single mother and older daughter)
✔ Must be comfortable giving him daily gentle walks and companionship
✔ Someone home often, or part-time work at most/hybrid
✔ Quiet household with predictable routines
✔ Secure yard or safe walking access

Not suitable for:
✘ Male-dominated homes
✘ Busy homes with children
✘ Loud environments
✘ Owners wanting a very active or social dog

🧠 Behaviour & Personality

Very placid, calm, and affectionate

Sensitive to aggressive male voices, especially loud or deep tones

No aggression, no reactivity

Happiest with soft handling and a nurturing presence

Sleeps most of the day and loves quiet companionship

💊 Medical / Care Notes

Currently on half dose of fluoxetine to support anxiety
(vet record and dosing details will be provided)
Cost is apprx $8 bi-monthly.
Eats well, enjoys slow potters outside, and loves a cosy bed

No complex care, just reassurance, gentle structure, and regular vet checks
