Reluctantly seeking the right long-term home for our beautiful 4-month-old female Dogue de Bordeaux x Rottweiler puppy, named Rúa.

She is a gentle, affectionate, and highly intelligent young dog. After careful consideration, we’ve realised that busy suburban living close to the city is too overwhelming for her, and it would be unfair to expect her to cope long-term in this setting. She would be far better suited to a quiet countryside, farm, acreage, or Perth Hills home with space and a slower pace of life.

About Her:
- Her name is “Rúa”, which is irish for “red”. She is still young enough for a name change if desired.
- 4 months old
- Not desexed (intentionally, she’s currently too young to do so for healthy physical development. It’s recommended with larger breeds to leave desexing until 1.5-2 yo.)
- Beautiful temperament: gentle, sweet, and people-focused
- Very smart and eager to learn
- Well trained for her age. She knows sit, lay down, stay (release word “break”), leave it, heel, spin, and “legs”(walking between legs)
- Fully crate trained
- Walks nicely and engages well with her handler
- Excellent with cats. She currently s peacefully with two
- Showing strong natural guarding instincts, she alerts when someone is approaching the property, but does notreact to people simply walking past
- Would make an excellent property watchdog, farm companion, or acreage dog

- Rural, farm, acreage, or Perth Hills–style property
- Calm household with confident, knowledgeable owners
- Someone experienced (or genuinely prepared) with large guardian breeds
- A home that understands structure, training, and allowing large dogs to mature at their own pace
